Thank you for joining us for our last entry of the Noticing Project. In the collections above we have put together some of our personal favorites for each month. As we look back, we still remember the very moment and day the Noticing Project began, and it seems like merely a few moments have passed since! We will continue to view our days a little differently because of this project, and we hope you are noticing the small joys and beauty around you each day as well.
Drink less caffeine; although you may think it will make you feel better, caffeine can worsen the jittery nervous feeling that may accompany nicotine withdrawal. Physical activity does not have to be planned exercise; it may include taking the stairs, mowing the lawn, or playing with children. Be confident that you are making a healthy choice! Your whole body will thank you! Positive attitude As you focus on quitting smoking and healing your body, your exercise and eating goals will become easier.
