Tuesday, March 27, 2012. This past weekend I went to Santa Fe with my Bff Jill to meet up with my friend from Alamogordo NM, Dena Curran to photograph her for her upcoming fitness competition. A beautiful day, great swimsuits, gorgeous model, and a heated pool made for some wonderful shots! Thanks to Dena for being a great sport and Jill for lighting her up and giving some great ideas too! Ace of Cakes is a organization a man started all by himself. He designs cakes for all ages and of all sizes. I am posting this blog because I feel everyone should get a chance to see what these people can really do. It is great for birthday parties and weddings. Other occasions do apply but those are the more general ones.

In this one I decided a more bold approach to the lines would be in order so I was very controlled with line placement and thickness and used them almost more like shapes than lines.
