Thursday, May 24, 2012. I am fully hooked on the CrossFit Koolaid! Last week I did the baseline workout from my very first day to measure my progress. On that first day it took 9 minutes 36 seconds for me to complete. Last Tuesday it only took me 7 minutes 6 seconds. I rewarded myself with a new couch recently! Thursday, April 19, 2012.
