I work at Lullabot as a Senior Digital Strategist. I write code, although less and less every day. I used to be found trying and failing to be funny in various drupal channels on irc.

But not to worry, even if January has passed, you can still expect a somewhat sappy yet hope-filled entry.

Rodney Waldhoff has been leading teams to develop award-winning digital products for 20 years. Rod is currently the Senior Director of Engineering for BroadSoft. Where he leads the development and operations of Team-One. Top-tier publishing brands like Encyclopædia Britannica. And early-stage startups such as the e-learning-based Envictus. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia, which is just across the Potomac River from Washington DC, with his wife and their three children.
