No Pain, No Gain! Monday, February 21, 2011. First day of week 5. and the first word out of my mouth is. OUCH! I can honestly say I am scared what tomorrow might bring. Friday, March 18, 2011. Cottage Cheese and Protein Powder Yuke! Hello All, sorry I have not been in touch for a couple of weeks. I have been very busy. We are winding down our eighth week at mooser camp. I feel I am putting a good effort into this project, but know I can do better. I need to get my head wrapped around the pain an just do it.
