Monday, October 25, 2010. Welcome to Beads for Orphan Needs. These beads are lovingly made by AIDS orphans in Jinja, Uganda. The children cut strips of magazine paper and roll them into beads to make jewelry. We sell the jewelry here in the US through Fair Havens Ministries and send all of the money back to the orphanage to pay for food, shelter, and education.
