Do you collect points? There is a card for just about any shop you go into these days. Stores implement these point collecting systems as a reward system for their best customers. Points allow you to get free stuff or better value for the service you already use. As a consumer I can rarely be bothered in the act of collecting. I am topped out at collecting points for three stores, unlike George Clooney in his character.
