Monday, February 28, 2011. For this record, I made a pool using two layers of cut white acrylic. I then filled the pool with water and placed the needle just on the surface of the water creating a wake behind it. The resulting sound is barely audible. This record was made by adhering a picture of my studio window onto the rear surface of an acrylic disc and dropping a drop of acrylic medium wherever there was a drop of rain collected in the image.
